Middle Fork – Chef mark jensen’s new restaurant, middle fork kitchen bar (mfkb), offers a comfortably bold take on the traditional dining experience.
Inspired by the dynamics of the season, the context of the district, and the enthusiasm of his team, jensen combines ingredients, cuisines, and an appreciation for the craft for a fun and delicious result.
